Lovely modern and high-class hotel in every way with attentive staff on service for bellman to use. The room was new-fashioned and absolutely perfect, breakfast was abundant. Central location, excellent base for discovering Cartagena. From the bus stop 5 minutes on foot.

Great location for our visit to Nao at a medium distance from the hotel. New-fashioned room with a balcony as well as 2 twin beds and good breakfast to start the day.

The location was easy and perfectly comfortable, near Masters Royale Casino. The area was particularly good, a good base for me. The room was modern and absolutely perfect with a balcony, the bed was comfortable. A safe box, TV, and a fridge were appreciated.

The venue is fairly clean and big size with supportive staff members. The rooms are beautiful and lovely with a balcony, 2 twin beds, the bathroom. The hotel is on a great and easy location right by Colombia as well as several stores and a lot of places to eat.

Marvellous location in Bocagrande district very close to which is know worldwide as a big coffee exporters and restaurants, bars, and the beach both on the Cartagena Bay Side and the Caribbean Ocean. Extremely spacious and perfect room with a modern interior.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect, close to everything and just a short distance from the old center. There are plenty of busy restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The housekeeping and laundry services were efficient and prompt. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. We also enjoyed the various amenities offered, such as the swimming pool and the beach access. The spa & wellness center was a great place to relax and unwind. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

They need to create a folder with information about the hotel facilities available in the room to be able to know what we can do or what services are we able to get.

Clean, 1st class hotel with incredibly nice staff on service for bellman to use. Extremely comfy beds, climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. Had particularly good location close to many stores, walking distance from a shopping mall. So close to good restaurants / nightlife and the historic downtown and which is know worldwide as a big coffee exporters.

We got great value for our money at Atlantic Lux. The room was clean and had a nice little balcony. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and lively restaurants. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.
